Esta receita permite utilizar uma grande variedade de ingredientes, é só puxar pela imaginação!!! Cogumelos recheados, uma receita fácil e super deliciosa!!
Ingredientes (as quantidades é ao gosto de cada um):
Ingredientes (as quantidades é ao gosto de cada um):
- Cogumelos grandes
- Fiambre
- Queijo ralado
- Alho-francês
- Tomate cereja
- Azeite
- Sal, pimenta e oregãos
Preparação:
- Limpar ou lavar e tirar os pés aos cogumelos.
- Numa frigideira com um pouco de azeite refogar alho-francês durante uns minutos.
- Juntar os pés dos cogumelos e tomates cereja cortados em pedaços, temperar com sal, pimenta e oregãos e deixar cozinhar um pouco.
- Retirar do lume e adicionar fiambre em pedaços.
- Rechear os cogumelos com a mistura anterior.
- Levar ao forno a 180ºC durante 15 minutos. Retirar do forno e adicionar queijo ralado e levar novamente ao forno durante mais uns 15 minutos.
- Retirar do forno e servir regados com um fio de azeite.
