Salada russa é uma mistura de vários legumes, pode também levar ovos, atum, camarões ou delícias do mar (ou outras coisinhas boas) e depois é tudo envolvido numa deliciosa maionese. É uma salada colorida, fresca e perfeita para dias quentes!!
Ingredientes:
(as quantidades ficam ao critério de cada um)

- Batatas
- Cenouras
- Ervilhas
- Pimento vermelho
- Ovos
- Atum
- Maionese (pode ser caseira ou de compra)
- Sal e pimenta
- Ervas aromáticas
Preparação:
- Cozer os ovos em água com sal.
- Cortar as batatas e as cenouras em pequenos cubos e cozer em água com sal.
- Noutro tacho dar uma pequena fervura nas ervilhas.
- Escorrer os vegetais e deixar arrefecer.
- Cortar o pimento vermelho e os ovos em pequenos pedaços.
- Numa taça misturar todos os ingredientes (batatas, cenouras, ervilhas, pimento, ovos, atum), adicionar a maionese e temperar com sal e pimenta e envolver tudo delicadamente.
- Reservar no frigorífico.
- Servir decorada com ervas aromáticas.
